Artists and Craftspersons: For selling
original material only. No Manufactured products
allowed. Space donation: $110.
2.
Retail / Commercial Use: Manufactured
goods only (spaces limited). Manufactured goods
competitive with out local merchants will not
be accepted. A picture of your display showing
the type and quality of your merchandise is required.
Space donation $130.
3.
Food Concessions: Hot dogs, hamburgers
and beer will be sold exclusively by Riverhead
Service Clubs. Space donation $165. Space
allotments for food vehicles is limited. There
are limited spaces available for ice cream trucks.
4.
Non-profit organizations may apply for
reduced rate booths in any category. Please include
your NYS Tax Exempt Number.
Electricity (1 space / Max amps 20) is $25 per space. Exhibitor must supply heavy duty extension cord.
(GENERATORS ARE NOT PERMITTED)

Fair Committee reserves the right to review
all materials exhibited or sold and to rescind
space for any material judged inappropriate
to the family orientation of the fair. |
